1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rafael Lage ("developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Drummapp is a drumming practice application that provides:

• Rhythm game modes (Sheet Music, Guitar Hero, Combined, Free Practice)
• Metronome with advanced features
• Session tracking and XP progression
• Optional account creation for data sync

3. Account Registration

• You may use the app without creating an account (local-only mode).
• Creating an account enables data synchronization across devices.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content through the suggestion feature
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data

5. Intellectual Property

• The app, including its design, code, graphics, sounds, and content, is the intellectual property of Rafael Lage.
• The Stick Control exercises reference patterns from the public domain educational tradition of drumming.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.

6. User Content

• Suggestions submitted through the app may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution.
• You retain no intellectual property rights over submitted suggestions.
• Do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the suggestion feature.

7. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Practice session data is stored locally and optionally synced to cloud servers.
• You may delete your account and all associated server data at any time.

8. Availability and Modifications

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or sync services.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the app will improve your drumming skills.
• We are not responsible for any hearing damage resulting from excessive volume usage.
• Use the app at appropriate volume levels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
• You may delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
