Delete Account

1. Delete from the app

If you have the app installed and can log in, the fastest way to delete your account is directly in Drummapp:

• Open Drummapp and log in
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

Your account and associated data are permanently removed from our servers as soon as the deletion is confirmed.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion without opening it, send an email to:

suporte@drummapp.com

Use the same email address registered on your Drummapp account. We process deletion requests within 7 business days and send a confirmation once completed.

3. What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Email address and login credentials
• Display name and profile data
• Practice session history (BPM, exercises, duration, repetitions)
• Performance metrics, score, XP and level progression
• Synced preferences and settings

4. Data that may be retained

Some data may be kept for a limited period or in a form no longer linked to your identity:

• Data stored locally on the device remains until you uninstall the app
• Feedback and suggestions you submitted may be kept for product improvement, but are no longer linked to the deleted account
• Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax or legal obligations), for the period required by law
